Jordanian taekwondo athlete Rama Abu Rob's journey at the Paris 2024 Olympics ended in the Round of 16 in the women’s over 67 kg category. Abu Rob was defeated by Turkey’s Nafia Kuş, marking the end of her Olympic campaign.

Earlier in the competition, Abu Rob secured a victory against Morocco's Fatima Zahra Aboufaras in the Round of 32.

With Abu Rob's exit, the Jordanian taekwondo team's participation in the Paris 2024 Olympics comes to a close.

Notably, Jordanian athlete Zaid Mustafa earned a silver medal in the men's under 68 kg category after being defeated in the final by Uzbekistan's Ulugbek Rashitov.

Other members of the team also faced tough competition. Saleh El-Sharabaty, competing in the men's under 80 kg category, was eliminated in the Round of 16 after losing to Brazil's Rodriguez Fernando. Juliana Al-Sadeq reached the semifinals in the women's over 67 kg category but was ultimately defeated by China’s Song Jie.
